There used to be a listing on my site for support groups by county for those in N.J. However many of the groups disbanded and new ones started and it was time consuming to keep up to date so instead if you are in NJ please go to: www.selfhelpgroups.org which is The New Jersey Self Help Group Clearinghouse. Call them at 1-800-367-6274 to find a local NJ group, national or online support group. This covers groups for grief and loss, abuse, domestic violence, substance abuse, co-dependency, debt, gambling, eating disorders, bereavement including general bereavement, death of a child, fetal loss, suicide survivors, widows/widowers.  Also include disabilities, Autism, brain injury, burn survivors, visually impaired, cerebral palsy, and so much more.

"It's not the load that breaks you down; it's the way you carry it." ~ Lena Horne

"When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed." ~ Maya Angelou

"I don't want to live in the kind of world where we don't look out for each other. Not just the people that are close to us, but anybody who needs a helping hand. I can't change the way anybody else thinks, or what they choose to do, but I can do my bit." ~ Charles de Lint
